Kettle Park Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team.
Kettle Park Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Stoughton Road (HWY 51), in Stoughton, WI.  We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services.  Kettle Park provides a stable leadership team and welcoming staff!
Shifts: Full-time, Manager on Duty rotation and on call for building
Wage: $28-33/Hr

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:
  • Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
  • Coordinates audits and inspections for safety and facilities readiness

  • Manages staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and corrective actions
  • Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.

  • Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
  • Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
  • Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
  • Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, technical certification or associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or manager, preferably in property management.
  • Experience in health care is preferred (3-5 years)
  • Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
  • Valid Driver's License
