Oakbrook Corporation is seeking a part-time Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at Riverview Heights Senior Apartments in Janesville, WI. The Assistant Property Manager will work 28 hours per week supporting the various needs of the community. In this role, you will work closely with residents, vendors, and the Oakbrook team to maintain a welcoming, supportive, and professionally managed environment.

About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be an essential part of the property's daily workflow. Your responsibilities will include responding to resident inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring that services are completed efficiently and with care. You will assist with lease administration, conduct property inspections, and provide informative tours to prospective residents.

Responsibilities
  • Market and lease apartments in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines
  • Provide community tours and share local area information
  • Support the property manager with resident and staff questions
