Job description

We are looking for an experienced On Site Property Manager to oversee a 147-unit condo building and manage day-to-day operations. This role involves direct supervision of maintenance staff, managing multiple vendor teams, facilitating real estate transactions, and maintaining strong tenant relations through daily interaction. Proficiency with Quickbooks and a hands-on approach to property maintenance are essential to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
  • Attract, educate, and engage tenants with daily interaction
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints promptly
  • Ensure timely processing of work orders and repair requests
  • Update and improve properties to increase ROI
  • Supervise maintenance staff and manage vendor teams
  • Enforce property and association rules and regulations

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in property management
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants and handle daily interactions
  • Experience supervising maintenance staff and managing vendor teams
  • Proficient in Quickbooks
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation

Company Description
