Hours:

  • 12 hour Shift | 7pm – 7am | Sun-Sat 2-2-3 Rotation

Primary Duties:

  • Correctly laying out the job, mounting the plates and making sure the eye mark is in the proper location.
  • Must be able to read the schedule and anticipate press changeover timing.
  • Identify mounting priorities of jobs on the schedule.
  • Cleaning, organizing and maintaining plate cylinders, cylinder inventory, printing sleeves and sleeve inventory.
  • Cleaning plates, demounting plates, checking plate condition and refiling plate jackets as the plates come from press when the job is done. Jobs must be stripped within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Remounting plates, moving plates in the press and changing the eye mark locations when necessary.

Pay range $16.00 - $19.00 per hour with wage progression

Notice:  This position is subject to both preemployment and post-employment (random) drug testing.  Additionally, we will conduct drug and alcohol testing in cases of reasonable suspicion and post-accident as deemed necessary.
