Join Our Team

We’re seeking hardworking, team-oriented Bussers to support our award-winning service team. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn restaurant operations and develop hospitality skills — including tableside presentation, which we will train you on!

Responsibilities

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
  • Refill water and assist servers with beverage and bread service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors and service stations
  • Assist with food running, delivering dishes promptly and accurately
  • Support servers in providing an exceptional dining experience
  • Restock silverware, glassware, and other service items as needed
  • Learn and perform tableside presentation for select menu items

Qualifications

  • Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • No prior experience required — training provided
  • Flexible availability for lunch and dinner shifts (weekends a plus)
  • Bilingual Japanese/English a plus — passing a linguist test may result in higher pay
