You'll be responsible for thorough reporting on all aspects of hotel guest rooms, daily support for housekeeping management, engaging graciously with guests and promptly addressing their requests, and partnering with our Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams to ensure that every guest's in-room experience is extraordinary
