Responsibilities

  • Help clients take prescribed medication
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Help clients with physical therapy exercises
  • Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
  • Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
  • Be a pleasant and supportive companion
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Skills

  • Proven experience as a caregiver is preferred (C.N.A is not required, but experience as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred.) CBRF Training is also preferred but we will train the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

  • High school diploma or equivalent

We provide a premium service to our clients in Burlington, Waterford, Lake Geneva, Racine, and Kenosha wherever the individual calls home. We are looking for passionate Caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. Our ideal candidate will be available to work a rotating schedule of 7 days on and then 7 days off, MONDAY to MONDAY. We do ask that you have a reliable vehicle with insurance but may have opportunities to hire you without it if you are the right candidate. Candidates must also pass a caregiver background check. Starting pay is based on experience, CBRF, CNA, and PCWs are encouraged to apply.
