Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who can choose their assignments, work flexible hours based on their availability, and earn competitive market rates. With Griswold Care Pairing for Chester and Lancaster Counties, seniors can live in the home that they love while receiving the assistance they need. Our office is looking for individuals with a heart of gold and a passion for making a difference. Providing excellent caregivers to our clients is one of our greatest assets.

As an independent contractor, you may appreciate:

Ability to negotiate your pay based on care being provided and your experience! Our suggested rate based on market research is $180.00 per day.

Choose your schedule based on your own lifestyle and preferences.

Choose your clients: We let you know upfront what care a client is going to need.

We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas (including but not limited to):

Chester County: West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg, and more!

Lancaster County: Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom, and more!

Caregiver Requirements:

2 or more years of experience with caregiving

A driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is preferred but is not required! Some clients will need transportation to doctor’s appointments, grocery stores, etc.

Car insurance (if you have a car and license)

Criminal background check and child abuse clearance

TB test or chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test
