OVERVIEW OF ROLE

We are looking for a Front Office Support professional to join our North America office in Reno. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to senior leadership and plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide daytoday administrative support to senior leadership and the broader team
  • Prepare and format presentations, proposals, business documents, and internal communications
  • Coordinate management meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport)
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, programs, and office events
  • Assist with promotional and officerelated initiatives
  • Take on adhoc tasks that contribute to efficient office operations


WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or management support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
