What You'll Do:
  • Lead technical production for recurring live events, broadcasts, and special productions.
  • Partner with creative leadership to bring event concepts to life through exceptional audio, video, and lighting execution.
  • Direct live productions, making confident technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor volunteer and team members across audio, video, lighting, graphics, and stage operations.
  • Oversee production planning, rehearsals, and event execution to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production standards and support ongoing technical improvements.
  • Help develop future production leaders while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
