Job description

The Driver/Sales Representative is responsible for delivering Little Debbie products to supermarkets and smaller grocery stores, ensuring timely replenishment and effective merchandising. This role involves driving mixed fleet trucks, loading and unloading product, and maintaining strong customer relationships through active sales and service. The position requires an early start, typically beginning routes at 4 or 5 am, maintaining a five-day work week with regular weekend shifts. Performance may open opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Little Debbie products to large and small retailers, including supermarkets
  • Drive 18 to 20 ft trucks and other fleet vehicles to refill accounts
  • Deliver products and ensure accurate drop-offs
  • Merchandise products to optimize in-store presentation
  • Load trucks daily with inventory for scheduled routes
  • Maintain early work hours, starting routes as early as 4 or 5 am
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through active sales and service
  • Work a regular 5-day week with scheduled weekend shifts as required
