Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal
• Must be able to work on Complex Litigation Cases
• Able to draft Pleadings
• Excellent Research and Writing skills
• Knowledge of the Local Rules and Procedures
• Possess Excellent Discovery Skills
• Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
• Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook
• Case Management Experience
• Trial experience helpful
Job Description:
