Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a respected national law firm in Las Vegas.

Our client is looking for a junior- to mid-level litigation associate with 2โ€“3 years of experience to join its growing commercial litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is eager to take ownership of substantive litigation work, develop hands-on case management skills, and work closely with experienced litigators on complex disputes.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have 2โ€“3 years of litigation experience with meaningful exposure to discovery, motion practice, and day-to-day case management responsibilities. This role offers strong opportunities for growth, client interaction, and increasing responsibility in a collaborative team environment.

Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple active matters and managing deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage discovery matters, including drafting and responding to written discovery
  • Draft motions, briefs, and other pleadings
