Now Hiring: Litigation Paralegal | Hybrid | South Suburbs of Chicago, IL

A well-established law firm in the south suburban Chicago area is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join its team. This is a hybrid role best suited for someone who enjoys both litigation support and regular interaction with clients and municipal stakeholders.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Support litigation matters from inception through post-trial
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents
  • Prepare medical record and billing summaries
  • Conduct damages analysis
  • Manage service of process, subpoenas, and deposition notices
  • Draft Rule 26 disclosures
  • Assist with arbitration and trial prep, including witness/exhibit lists and motions in limine
  • Oversee discovery management
  • Coordinate with expert witnesses and assist with expert retention
  • Draft legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research
  • E-file in state and federal court
  • Manage deposition scheduling and attorney calendars
