Join Our Team as a Litigation Assistant - Personal Injury Law

Are you an experienced Litigation Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in the legal field? Jalilvand Law Corporation, a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, California, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Litigation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and paralegals throughout all phases of personal injury litigation. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for professional growth within our firm.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal correspondence, discovery shells, client communications, and basic pleadings.
  • Organize and maintain case files, track discovery, and manage records from medical providers and third parties.
  • Maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, depositions, hearings, and client appointments.
  • Coordinate communications with clients, medical providers, lienholders, insurance adjusters, process servers, and opposing counsel.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, trial binders, and related materials.
  • Support court filings, service of process, and other litigation-related tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of litigation support experience.
  • Experience with discovery, calendaring litigation deadlines, and trial preparation strongly preferred.
  • Strong drafting, written communication, and legal support skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
