Position Overview:
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, guiding our clients through complex legal matters, and representing them vigorously in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent advocacy skills, and a passion for achieving justice for clients.

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 annually, along with an attractive bonus structure.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Litigation Management: Oversee all phases of litigation from case inception through trial, including the development of case strategies, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their legal issues, provide legal advice and develop effective strategies.
