Description Manage and oversee all punch list activities during the final stages of construction. Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and document incomplete or deficient work. Assist with project closeout documentation, warranties, as-builts, and turnover packages. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
