Job Summary:
By Light Professional IT Services is a company that supports defense, civilian, and commercial IT customers worldwide. They are seeking a Systems Administrator/Engineer to perform systems integration work, manage configurations, and maintain the infrastructure of the MACC-TTE virtual and physical environments.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Perform all systems integration work, system management and configuration, operation, testing, and reset of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE) virtual and physical environments
โ€ข Configure and deploy virtual and physical servers, workstations, and small processor-controlled devices within the MACC-TTE
โ€ข Operate, maintain, and develop infrastructure of the MACC-TTE virtual and physical environments and integrate them into cohesive environment
โ€ข Assist with Information Assurance (IA) requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum seven (7) years of experience as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Cyber Architect, or similar experience.
โ€ข Possess experience in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, Domain Name System (DNS), active directory, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), Storage Area Networks (SANs), utilizing bare metal and virtualized systems.
โ€ข Possess experience with automation, provisioning, imaging, orchestration, and configuration management.
โ€ข Experienced working with open-source software and have open-source platform experience with applications such as Ansible, Python, and other open-source applications.
โ€ข The systems administrator/engineer shall have experience with Cloud, Physical, and virtual network architect, engineering, and infrastructure monitoring.
โ€ข Possess experience with hypervisors such as VMware, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), and Xen.
โ€ข Experience with Windows enterprise and Linux server / operating systems engineering, and administration with knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation.
โ€ข The systems administrator/ engineer shall possess experience with a wide variety of technology to include camera systems, Industrial Control Systems / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (ICS/SCADA), Internet of Things (IoT), and Radio Frequencies (RF)
โ€ข A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity, or Information Management or related discipline or the minimum experience listed.
โ€ข Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
