The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be skilled in all stations of the kitchen line and capable of leading operations in the Sous Chef's absence. This role requires a hands-on leader who maintains high culinary standards while supporting and mentoring fellow team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently cook and manage every station on the line.

  • Assist and support other cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

  • Oversee and run the line when the Sous Chef is unavailable.
