WHY WE'RE LOOKING:
We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineer to drive technical excellence and deliver innovative platform solutions that empower dealerships nationwide. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills and is passionate about building scalable, reliable software. You'll work closely with our engineering team to architect, develop, and maintain critical features while mentoring other engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Technical Development & Architecture:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software using our tech stack (C#, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript)
  • Participate in architectural decisions for scalability and maintainability
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Collaborate with Lead Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to specification
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, or practices that improve team velocity or code quality
  • Participate in technical planning sessions and contribute to feature specifications

Quality & Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to system reliability initiatives and help maintain security and regulatory compliance
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • BS in Computer Science or similar field with 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript, and AWS cloud services
  • Experience in SaaS product development, preferably in automotive or similar industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and mentoring other developers
