Job description

Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations and upkeep of our Wyoming office.

This role is focused on maintaining an organized, functional, and well-kept office environment through a combination of administrative support, office organization, mail handling, supply management, and light cleaning responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, comfortable working independently, and willing to help wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized and welcoming workspace and who is comfortable handling both administrative and office upkeep responsibilities as part of their regular routine.

This position is ideal for someone seeking a consistent part-time role with flexible hours and a predictable day-to-day schedule.

Why Join Us?
