Oversee & lead all aspects of ski lift operations & assist with ski lift maintenance/repair at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Responsible for daily lift operations & supervision of staff during operating season. Req: 3 yrs. exp. ski lift ops & 2 yrs lead/supv position; working knowledge lift maint/safe tool operations or equivalent combo. of experience. Excellent communication (written/in-person), org., supervisory & recordkeeping skills. Interact courteously & efficiently w/staff & the public. Work a schedule incl. long hours, wknds & holidays. Positively deal w/changing circumstances & strong training, customer svc & computer skills. Physical strength & stamina to climb lift terminal & tower ladders. Ski/board all levels of terrain. Function well in adverse weather conditions & work safely at heights. Possess valid driver's license & lift/move up to 100 lbs. in mtn. terrain. Salary: $61,693 - $86,341/yr.
