Financial Account Specialist

San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | In Office

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $45,000 per year

Lifetime HOA Management is looking for a Financial Account Specialist to join our growing team. In this key role, you'll oversee critical financial operations, support leadership with meaningful financial reporting, and ensure the integrity of our financial processes. If you enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, and contributing to a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As our Financial Account Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by:

  • Preparing financial reports and statements for leadership review
  • Performing detailed bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Managing banking operations, account maintenance, and internal fund transfers using AXOS or similar banking platforms
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
  • Maintaining the Chart of Accounts and overseeing budget uploads
  • Reviewing financial information across multiple systems for accuracy and completeness
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying potential risks
  • Conducting reconciliations and financial reviews to ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Collaborating with internal departments to improve financial processes and reporting

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a finance professional who is:

  • Experienced in financial reporting and bank reconciliations
  • Knowledgeable in GAAP and sound financial management principles
  • Proficient with AXOS or similar financial systems (preferred)
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
