Role Description

This is initially a part-time, 20 hour per week, on-site role located in Pittsford, NY, for a Client Services Representative. Occasional remote work may be possible. The individual in this position will process new account applications and account updates, maintain CRM database records, handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with clients, supporting finance-related queries, and collaborating with internal staff to deliver exceptional service experience. This role requires a proactive and professional approach to managing relationships with clients.


Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher required
  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry or closely related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset to handle complex situations with professionalism
  • Highly proficient with MS Office products and office technology (scanners, printers, multi-line phones)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work within a structured, process-oriented environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
