Build Something Bigger Than a Book of Business

Lifetime Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our growing boutique, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) serving high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, and business owners throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is an opportunity for an established advisor who values long-term relationships over transactions, fiduciary advice over product sales, and wants to help grow a collaborative wealth management practice built on exceptional client service.

Unlike many firms, our investment committee manages portfolio strategy and security selection, allowing advisors to focus on financial planning, relationship management, and helping clients achieve their long-term goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, and business owners.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Lead comprehensive financial planning and ongoing client reviews.
  • Transition an existing portable book of business, when applicable.
  • Grow your practice through referrals, relationship development, and professional networking.
  • Collaborate with Wealth, Tax, and Insurance professionals to deliver integrated planning solutions.
  • Guide clients through major financial decisions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Help expand Lifetime Wealth Management while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Private Wealth Advisor (8+ years preferred).
  • Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, and business owners with approximately $1M+ investable assets.
  • A portable book of business with demonstrated client relationships is highly desirable and will significantly strengthen your candidacy.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Series 65 or Series 66 (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong executive presence and consultative communication skills.
  • Passion for fiduciary, planning-focused financial advice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fee-only RIA experience.
  • Experience transitioning client relationships.
  • Experience working with business owners and affluent families.
  • CFP®, CFA®, or other advanced planning credentials.
  • Familiarity with Schwab, Interactive Brokers, or Advyzon.

Why Join Lifetime Wealth Management?

  • Fee-only RIA with no broker-dealer affiliation, proprietary product quotas, or commission-driven sales pressure.
  • Dedicated investment committee so advisors can focus on relationships and planning.
  • Integrated Wealth, Tax, and Insurance teams delivering comprehensive client solutions.
  • Support for advisors transitioning from broker-dealer environments to a fee-only fiduciary model.
  • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership opportunities as the practice continues to grow.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Revenue-sharing compensation model
  • Performance incentives
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 25+ Days PTO including company holidays
  • Early office closure at 3:00 PM on Fridays
  • Professional development and continuing education support
  • Collaborative, family-oriented culture

Our Core Values:

Everything we do is guided by our core values:

  • Loyal – Relationships first.
  • Attitude – Enthusiastic. Caring. Go-getter.
  • Results Oriented – Committed. Goal focused. Service driven.
  • Authentic – Genuine. Trusted. Professional.
  • Strategic – Big-picture thinker. Adaptable.
  • Loves to Be an Advisor – Passionate about helping others.
  • Seeks to Improve the Status Quo – Committed to continuous growth.
  • Own Your Outcomes – Accountable. Responsible. Results focused.

Why This Opportunity?

If you're an experienced advisor looking to leave a product-driven environment and join a growing fee-only RIA where relationships, planning, and client success come first, we'd love to connect.

We're looking for someone who can bring credibility, build lasting client relationships, and help grow an exceptional wealth management practice while delivering the boutique service our clients expect.
