Position Summary

Trinity is looking for a Partner tojoin itsCommercial Strategygroupto drive commercial strategyadvisoryserviceswithnew and existinglife sciences clients.These servicesincludeCorporate & Portfolio Strategy, New Product Planning, BD&L Support,Launch/Go-to-Market Strategy,and other commercial advisoryofferings.As an advisor,the Partner will alsowork with other functional leadership at Trinity toidentifyadditionalopportunitiesto meet our clients at their point of need.

What You Will Do:

Company Leadership

  • Grow Trinity, both from a business and talent perspective

  • As a member of Trinity's Leadership Team, provide intellectual leadership in developing the firm's capabilities

Client Development

  • Havestrong relationships and an established book of business with leading pharma and biotech companies

  • Successfully articulate the firm's capabilities to develop new client relationships and secure new business

  • Partner with Trinity leadership to expand existing client relationships

  • Be responsible forgenerating at least $3 to $5 million in revenue annually (achieved through new incremental revenue from new clients and supporting existing Trinity clients)

Staff Progression

  • Take ownership of progression of staff that report into them

  • Engage staff in business development opportunities asappropriate tofacilitatetheir growth

  • Identifydevelopment opportunities for staff and provide guidance to enable their success

Project Leadership

  • Provide leadership to assigned staff to ensure superb executiononclient engagements

  • Set strategic direction for project activities, guiding managers on daily tasks and resource allocation

Position Requirements

Education:Bachelor'sdegree with a life science focus, Advanced degree with a life science focus, or an MBA with a demonstrated interest in the life science field is preferred

Work Experience:10+ years of related experiencein Life Sciences consulting with Commercial Strategy projects

Other Skills:

  • Demonstrated expert in the healthcare and life sciences landscape

  • Demonstrated success with client development in a growth-oriented business environment

  • Strong staff development experience

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills

  • Excellent quantitative skills and direct experience with complex commercial analyses

  • Above averageproficiencyin MS Office Suite and other consulting-related software

  • Desire and ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $290,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
