Responsibilities

Develop and grow a consistent pipeline of prospective clients within the Lynchburg region.

Analyze individual and business needs to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

Prepare and present tailored insurance quotes that address specific client risks.

Manage policy renewals and provide ongoing support to existing policyholders.

Coordinate with carriers to advocate for the best terms and rates for your clients.

Document client interactions and update account information with precision.

Participate in local community events to build visibility for The Atlantic District.


Requirements

Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.

Minimum three years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Strong knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage options.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Clear verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex policy details.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and industry-standard quoting software.

Residency in or willingness to commute to Lynchburg, Virginia.
