Job description

Florida Auto Dealer is seeking a full-time experienced Accounting Administrator. The successful applicant will have 2 plus years of Accounting experience.  Applicant must be able to perform the following duties:

  • Back up for floor plan – payoffs/add on with bank.
  • Post banking including wires, funding and daily transactions as needed.
  • Daily cash receipting and deposits
  • Reconcile prior day banking postings against bank activities and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain cash/credit card clearance schedules.
  • Generate wires for vehicle purchasing when needed.
  • Floor Plan - Vehicle flooring and payoffs, schedules, and reports, when needed.
  • Prepare licensing and titles for all retail residents and non-resident customer.
  • Back up for deal breakdown for funding & title tag work.
  • Other miscellaneous reports to management.
  • Perform some administrative duties.
  • Able to file, pack and lift storage boxes.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.

Knowledge of CDK System preferred. Experience in a fast-paced Automotive Dealership a plus. Applicants must have a history of stability with a hardworking, positive attitude and the ability to provide superior customer service.
