What will you do?
A day in the life of a Production Coordinator, Digital Design at The North Face looks a little like this.
The Production Coordinator, Digital Design plays a critical role in supporting our Global Brand Creative team, helping bring bold ideas to life through strong organization, collaboration and execution. This role flexes across projects, ensuring creative work moves seamlessly from concept to delivery. This role will report into the Sr. Art Director.

  • Support Global Brand Creative teams with digital and production design across high-volume campaign creative, ensuring assets are optimized for modern platforms and deliver cohesive, consistent brand expression
  • Build creative directives and production assets with meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage individual objectives, revisions, and file organization to ensure efficient, scalable execution across multiple projects
  • Assist in producing, formatting, and preparing creative assets for social, digital, and cross-channel distribution, maintaining high standards of design quality and consistency
  • Facilitate execution and clear communication between creative and project leads and production partners to keep work aligned, on track, and efficiently delivered at scale
  • Design into creative concepts finding original, compelling solutions. Use graphic design to translate creative concepts into engaging narratives for consumers

What do you need to succeed?

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience using Figma as a primary design tool.
  • Strong understanding of components, Auto Layout, and shared libraries.
  • Experience working within collaborative design systems and structured workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and file management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple production tasks while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Experience supporting creative or production teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location requirement: Denver, CO
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level design systems.
  • Familiarity with scalable production workflows and template-based asset creation.
  • Experience collaborating in shared Figma files with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Multi-Channel platforms (Ecom, OOH, paid media, email. Mobile etc)
  • Interest in workflow optimization, systems thinking, and continuous process improvement.
  • Graphic design experience

$61,344.00 USD - $76,680.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
