JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION DESIGNER

General Summary: The Credit Union Production Designer is responsible for creating, producing, and delivering visually compelling marketing, communication, and operational materials for the credit union. This role blends creative design with practical production management to ensure all collateral aligns with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and member engagement goals. The Production Designer works closely with marketing, operations, and branch teams to develop high-quality print and digital assets that enhance the member experience.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and design assets for digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, corporate identity, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Member Services, Lending, and other departments to translate strategic objectives
  • Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and internal communications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality standards.
  • Assist with photo selection, illustration creation, and visual storytelling for campaigns, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update a library of design templates, graphics, and production assets.
  • Monitor trends in design, marketing, and digital media to keep creative output fresh and innovative.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including internal communications, promotions, branch signage, and event materials.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in graphic design and production for marketing, communications, or similar environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office applications.
