This position is primarily remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with patients. You will utilize our user-friendly digital platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our diverse patient population. While the position mainly allows for a flexible schedule, occasional evening availability may be required to accommodate patient needs during peak times.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to establish patients’ needs and tailor effective treatment plans.
• Provide timely short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention to support patients addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops, focusing on topics like anxiety management, emotional regulation, and personal development.
• Collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians and support teams, to create a seamless care experience for patients.
• Participate in outreach efforts, contributing to mental health awareness campaigns and community wellness initiatives that promote overall health.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards for confidentiality and privacy.

The primary focus of our counseling services is on patients struggling with chronic pain and related mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. You will work with a diverse clientele, providing support to individuals navigating these complex conditions and helping them achieve their health goals.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.
• Proficient in understanding the mental health challenges faced by patients in a rehabilitative care setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief therapy techniques suitable for a telehealth environment.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced setting while managing a varied caseload and effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Demonstrated work or internship experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital counseling methodologies.
• Familiarity with community resources and existing support networks to better assist patients in accessing services.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
