In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
  • Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements
  • Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications, and aid in creation of process documentation.
  • Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements
  • Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, and report defects to the development team, to facilitate enhancement of software performance
  • Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance
  • Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Required Skill and Experience
  • Should be technically good and strong hands on in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Micro services, streams understanding for data pipelines.
  • Strong sense of code with ability to review, rework and deliver top class code to customer.
  • Good experience in architecting and implementing fault tolerant, highly available microservices.
  • Should have experience in testing frameworks like JUnit
  • Should have SQL knowledge and have the experience writing database scripts using DDL or queries using DML
  • CI/CD skills to build automated pipelines using ADO
  • Good understanding of SRE skillset and ability to design the services considering observability, traceability and monitoring aspects.
  • Experience in Agile scrum software development process.
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Understanding of Azure tech stack with AKS for Microservices.
  • Understanding of various caching layers like endpoint (reverse proxy), cache aside, read/ write through. Knowledge on caching libraries like Ehcache, Redis
  • Drive technical as well as functional solution discussions with customer and provide thought leadership in the area
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
