Description

We are seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Social Media & Digital Content Strategist to support and grow our digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for creating and managing social media content, executing email marketing campaigns, engaging with online communities, and supporting broader digital initiatives.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands current social and digital trends, enjoys content creation, and is eager to grow into a larger digital strategy role over time.


 Key Responsibilities of the role - 

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms 
  • Execute weekly and monthly social media calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals 
  • Monitor social media channels daily for engagement, conversations, and brand mentions 
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner 
  • Track and report key metrics including engagement rates, follower growth, open rates, and click-through rates 
  • Assist with content creation including copywriting, graphics, short-form video, and basic design tasks 
  • Collaborate with creative and demand generation teams to support marketing campaigns 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for social and email channels 
  • Stay current on platform trends, new features, and best practices in social media and email marketing 
  • Organize and maintain the digital content library including images, videos, templates, and brand assets 
  • Support paid media initiatives by coordinating organic-to-paid content alignment 
  • Ensure all digital content follows brand standards and quality expectations 
  • Assist with influencer partnerships, community collaborations, and social campaigns as needed 
  • Write, build, and distribute marketing emails through the company's email platform 
  • Maintain audience segmentation lists and support accurate targeting for email campaigns 
  • Support the development of long-term digital marketing strategy with opportunities for career growth into a strategy-focused role

Requirements

Qualifications - 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and audience segmentation
  • Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities preferred
  • Understanding of social media performance metrics and reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills


Preferred Skills - 

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Knowledge of organic and paid social alignment strategies
  • Experience with short-form video content creation
  • Interest in digital strategy, branding, and campaign development
