Overview: As a Clerical Assistant Volunteer, youโ€™ll provide essential support to our administrative team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of library services.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Assist with inputting and updating information in library databases and systems.

Filing and Organizing: Maintain physical and digital files, ensuring proper organization.

Correspondence: Help with sorting and distributing mail, emails, and other communications.

General Office Tasks: Perform photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties as needed.

Event Support: Assist in preparing materials for library events and programs.

Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and file management.

Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain order in administrative tasks.

Reliability: Commitment to scheduled volunteer shifts.
