What You’ll Do: 
As a Field Technician Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in assisting our experienced technicians with a variety of tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the pool service and supply industry. Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Assisting with swimming pool openings, closings and pool cleanings. 
  • Learning and assisting with routine pool maintenance, including vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and water testing. 
  • Helping with the installation and repair of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters. 
  • Transporting equipment and supplies to job sites. 
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles. 
  • Learning to troubleshoot common pool issues. 
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally. 
  • Following safety procedures and guidelines. 
What You Bring: 
While no prior pool experience is required, the ideal candidate will possess: 
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 
  • Reliability and punctuality. We need someone we can count on! 
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects. This role involves physical activity.
