Our outpatient office structure is designed to facilitate effective communication among team members and clients alike, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for families, proactively communicating updates and support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing the Newport Healthcare clinical model and Attachment-Based Family Therapy methods to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Conduct Family Orientations, Welcome Presentations, and Family Support Groups, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for clients and their families.
• Document all client interactions comprehensively and promptly, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with established standards.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR systems for accurate data entry and effective communication.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and clinical supervision sessions to discuss client progress and strategies for improved outcomes.
• Represent Positive Progress Counseling Center at relevant meetings, trainings, and conferences, contributing to the organization's visibility and outreach.
• Independently manage your schedule to ensure the efficient accomplishment of all therapy-related tasks and goals.

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and trauma-related issues. This role is crucial in helping young individuals and their families navigate their emotional landscapes and achieve meaningful growth.

• A Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field from an accredited or state-approved institution is mandatory.
• The applicant must hold a valid board registration, such as APCC, LAPC, ASW, AMFT, or be recognized as a Psychological Associate in Florida.
• Experience providing individual, group, or family therapy specifically with adolescents or young adults is required.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in treating mental health conditions, substance use, and eating disorders.
• An understanding of trauma-informed care practices is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by performance incentives and a sign-on bonus.
