Marketing Intern – Marketing Coordinator & Creative Services


Royal Pet is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Intern to support our marketing, product development, and sales teams. This role combines marketing coordination with graphic design, photography, and administrative support to help bring new products and marketing initiatives to life.

The ideal candidate enjoys balancing creative projects with organization and logistics. One day may involve designing packaging artwork, while the next includes coordinating product samples, organizing trade show materials, photographing new products, or assisting with a product launch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in branding, product development, packaging, photography, and marketing operations.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate status updates with team members.
  • Organize marketing assets, digital files, photography, and artwork libraries.
  • Assist with planning product launches, promotions, and customer presentations.
  • Coordinate sample requests and marketing material fulfillment.
  • Organize, catalog, stow and discharge work in process product development.

Charitable Initiatives

  • Gather and donate products to shelters, adoption places and others.
  • Set up tables and attend, and represent Royal Pet at Charitable Events.
  • Further the purpose of helping pets in need and the agencies that thrive in this area.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical marketing files.
  • Assist with data entry, inventory of marketing materials and product development, and office organization.
  • Coordinate shipping of promotional materials and samples.
  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
