Job description

Brady Corporation is looking for a Graphic Designer. This person is a creative thinker with outstanding skills in both traditional and digital design. You bring a customer-centric, storytelling approach and a passion for creating seamless experiences across all touchpoints, specifically meeting the needs of our large distributor network of sellers and branches, across the US and Canada.
You will design and maintain digital and print assets-such as sell sheets, brochures, flyers, ads, emails, and web banners-for the Brady brand. Many will be co-branded with distributor logos, calls to action, or part numbers. Partnering with marketing, sales, and creative teams, you will produce materials promoting Brady solutions to drive brand awareness, leads, and sales.
  • Deliver assets across various channels (catalogs, flyers, banners, emails, sales tools).
  • Turn around accurate design work quickly, incorporating feedback from peers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, channel management, and design colleagues.
  • Advise stakeholders and recommend design solutions that drive brand and demand generation goals.
  • Execute both data-driven production tasks and creative artistic projects.
  • Adapt efficiently across diverse industries, target markets, and extensive product offerings.
  • Partner with creative teams to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Produce high-quality digital and print assets, including:
    • Print and digital ads
    • Co-branded and distributor-specific brochures and sell sheets
    • Trade show signage and flyers
    • Event and promotional flyers
    • Web banners, articles, and emails
    • Product solution collateral for sales reps and distributor branches
  • Adapt global and US marketing assets for the Canadian market to ensure cultural, legal, and commercial fit.
  • Manage English and Canadian French versions of materials, utilizing AI translation tools.
  • Maintain Canadian content within the central Brady Library repository.
