About the Job
1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Mortgage Processor Loan Officer located in Great Falls, MT. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members and we know that all starts with our employees. Responsibilities:
  • Assisting members with their account financial lending needs.
  • Providing account information.
  • Processing various financial transactions, loan applications, interviews, decision making and disbursals, consumer, mortgage lending.
  • Assisting members with credit counseling and budgeting.
  • Lien filing and releases.
  • Cross-selling debt protection.
  • GAP, MBP, Debt Protection insurance.
  • Matching our members' needs with the appropriate credit union products/services.
Requirements:
  • Business Degree or 2 years financial lending experience.
  • Knowledgeable in consumer and mortgage lending practices and regulations.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to effectively cross-sell credit union services and products.
  • Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven team player.
  • Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
