As a Luxury Automotive Sales and Finance Consultant at Tom Wood Lexus, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable car buying journey. With our innovative approach of one person and one transparent price, you are the guest’s main point of contact from selling the vehicle to finance products. As a sales and finance consultant, you are able to facilitate the whole car buying process including signing paperwork. We are seeking compassionate, hardworking, hospitality-focused individuals to join our team.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Transparent Buying Experience: Embrace and promote the dealership’s one transparent price philosophy, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of the pricing structure and any additional options available.  

  • Personalized Assistance: As the designated consultant for each customer, provide personalized attention and guidance throughout the car buying process, from the initial inquiry to the final signatures of paperwork.  

  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customers’ advocate, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the most suitable luxury or pre-owned vehicle available.  

  • Expert Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features, technology, and performance of vehicles for sale and showcasing their unique selling points to customers.  

  • Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport and trust with customers, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.  

  • Sales Target Achievement: Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining the principles of transparency and exceptional customer service. 

  • Collaboration with Team Members: Work collaboratively with colleagues, including service advisors and finance team leads, to provide a cohesive and customer-centric experience.  

Qualifications:  

  • Passion for Luxury Vehicles: A genuine passion for automobiles, particularly the Tom Wood Lexus brand, is a significant asset.  

  • Transparent and Honest Communication: Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on transparency and honesty, to build trust with customers.  

  • Empathy and Customer Focus: Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and customer-focused approach to ensure customers’ needs are met and exceeded.  

  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in luxury automotive sales, hospitality, or retail roles is desirable.
