Our busy legal firm is looking for an efficient, organized legal assistant for the client services department, helping our attorneys and paralegals assist clients and ensure we're responding promptly to all inquiries. You'll monitor and respond to all incoming emails by researching the necessary information, calendaring deadlines and tasks, and monitoring follow-up to ensure a 100% completion rate.
You'll also scan and process incoming mail, as well as prepare and process outgoing office correspondence. If you have experience in a law firm environment, work quickly and accurately, and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in the legal industry, we want to connect with you.
