This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to build a long-term career handling sophisticated matters involving insolvency, creditor representation, commercial disputes, and related litigation.

What You'll Do
  • Represent financial institutions, businesses, creditors, and other clients in bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters.
  • Handle contested hearings, motion practice, pleadings, and legal research in both state and federal courts.
  • Assist with commercial litigation matters related to insolvency, collections, and business disputes.
  • Develop litigation strategy and manage cases from inception through resolution.
  • Communicate directly with clients while providing practical, business-focused legal advice.

Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active Connecticut Bar admission, or ability to become licensed promptly.

  • Candidates with a commercial litigation background and a genuine interest in developing a bankruptcy practice are encouraged to apply.
