Overview:
We have a newly created Practice Assistant position in our Bankruptcy practice group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, an analytical mind, and an interest in growing their legal career. This role offers exposure to unique and highly specialized areas of law, supporting attorneys and team members through a variety of administrative and legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
This position provides comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff within Fredrikson's Bankruptcy Practice Group. Key responsibilities include preparing and revising legal documents and correspondence, processing expenses and invoices, coordinating calendars, meetings, and business travel, maintaining files and case materials, supporting Legal Administrative Assistants with overflow work, and assisting paralegals in meeting critical deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced legal environment.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Candidates must have strong administrative skills, exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness to learn new systems and applications are also required.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $20-25/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
