The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting Legal Administrative Assistants while handling various general office duties. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with team members across the office. The initial candidate work schedule will be on-site 5 days a week.

Your Role:

The Legal Support Assistant will assist with general office and legal administrative responsibilities such as:

  • preparing, formatting, and editing correspondence and documents

  • assisting with preparing closing binders

  • running reports

  • filing documents manually and electronically

  • entering time and preparing and submitting expense reports

  • other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Required Experience:

Excellent technical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential to be successful in this position. Candidates should be comfortable working in a large professional environment and have a working knowledge of the firm's computer applications, document management system, and Microsoft Office, particularly with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A High school diploma or equivalent is required, college is a plus, and prior law firm or professional services experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position is from $48,000-$55,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
