Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Manage and oversee production support and operational activities for enterprise applications.
  • Work closely with customer and make sure all escalations are taken care
  • Coordinate and handle critical incidents (P1/P2), ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Work with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
  • Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives, especially on GCP.
  • Drive improvements in monitoring, automation, and operational processes.
  • Act as a point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure systems meet availability, performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Plan and manage routine maintenance activities with minimal or no downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, and business units
