The Legal Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to GreenSlate’s Legal department, keeping a high volume of concurrent matters organized, on schedule, and moving forward. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with discretion in a fast-paced environment. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Contract Administration & Management

  • Coordinate the setup, routing, tracking, and filing of contracts, agreements, and amendments through execution across multiple platforms and client relationships

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Maintain the department’s compliance calendar and coordinate the routing, tracking, and timely completion of multi-state regulatory and filing obligations

Records Requests & Subpoena Response

  • Manage the intake, logging, logistics of employment records requests and subpoenas. Prepare responses to record requests and subpoenas, ensuring materials are compiled and deadlines are met across all GreenSlate entities

Vendor Assessment & Contract Coordination

  • Facilitate the vendor intake and review process by collecting documentation, coordinating routing to appropriate reviewers, and tracking contract expiration, renewal, and termination deadlines

Legal Project & Matter Management

  • Maintain the department’s matter tracker and coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure legal projects stay on track

Litigation & Claims Administrative Support

  • Support litigation and claims matters by distributing hold notices, compiling records, coordinating hearing logistics, and assembling documentation packages as directed. Prepare and file UIB (Unemployment Insurance Benefit) hearing documentation; monitor hearing schedules and deadlines, attend virtual or telephonic hearings as necessary

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day administrative needs of the legal team including invoice routing, scheduling, and correspondence management

    • Experience with AI-assisted tools for administrative and research support
    • Experience in a legal, administrative, or operations coordination role
    • Proficiency with contract management platforms (e.g., Concord), project management tools (e.g., Asana), and Google Workspace

SALARY RANGE:

$55K to $75K
