Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, technical workstreams, or cross functional business initiatives

• Hands on experience with billing operations, invoicing, accounts receivable support, reconciliations, financial operations, or commercial operations

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, systems, vendors, and competing priorities simultaneously

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting

• Experience documenting business processes, developing standard operating procedures, and creating process workflows

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies, reconcile records, and maintain audit ready documentation

• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview, Teams, or similar platforms

• Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, problem solving, and follow through skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms, enterprise technology products, systems integration initiatives, or digital services

• Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, Technology, Product, and vendor management teams

• Experience establishing new billing operations or transforming highly manual billing processes into scalable and repeatable models

• Familiarity with contract based billing, recurring revenue models, vendor invoicing, dispute management, and financial controls

• Experience supporting software deployments, integrations, testing efforts, or technical implementation projects

• Project Management certification or equivalent practical project leadership experience

• Experience within hospitality technology, events management, sales systems, or related industries is a plus

Why Join This Opportunity

• Play a critical role across both technical project execution and financial operations

• Gain exposure to technology, product, finance, and operational leadership teams

• Influence process improvements and operational transformation initiatives

• Help establish scalable procedures that drive long term business efficiency

• Join a collaborative environment where your contributions have direct organizational impact
