By streamlining processes and implementing best practices, Legal Operations Managers help legal teams deliver better results and reduce costs.

What does a legal operations manager do?

The job duties of a legal operations manager involve overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a legal department or law office. Your responsibilities in this career include planning budgets and compiling reports on business and finance-related activities. You may also work on process improvements to make the department run more efficiently or offer solutions to operational issues, creating practices and systems to improve performance.
