Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support our Distribution team in Fort Wayne, IN.  The Operations Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of shift(s) and/or department(s) in a warehouse distribution environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm

What You’ll Need:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 3 years’ experience in a fast paced, high-volume warehouse or related industry environment
  • 2 + years of leadership experience
  • 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple distribution operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
  • Self-motivated and independently driven to achieve goals and solve problems.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high morale and foster a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, organize, plan and allocate resources
  • Acquire and analyze relevant information about shift performance indicators
  • Identify issues/processes that deviate from standards and take necessary action
  • Engage associates assigned to the area
  • Maintain appropriate Payroll records, including daily input in KRONOS
  • Provide input into Operations related status reports and use standardized reports
  • Interview and select associates for hire and/or promotion
  • Train or oversee the training of newly hired associates
  • Conduct or oversee process update training of all associates as changes are implemented
  • Analyze staffing needs and delegate work based on volume requirements in assigned departments.
  • Issue progressive counseling (up to including termination) to associates for performance below minimum expectations

Hiring Salary Range: $65,224k - $82,466k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
