Job description


We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused team player to join our growing firm! If you enjoy variety, staying busy, and helping others, this could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you'll assist with a variety of administrative and office support tasks, including greeting clients, answering phones, delivering documents, running errands, and helping keep our office running smoothly. Every day is a little different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Restock office, client, and team areas
  • Assist with light office cleaning and organization
  • Scan and organize documents
  • Run miscellaneous office errands
  • Deliver and retrieve legal documents from courts, medical providers, and other locations as needed


Who We're Looking For:

  • Must have your own working vehicle to run errands
  • Must be able to life up to 50 lbs
  • Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Resourceful and proactive when solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or runner experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
