Job description

Our Los Angeles office is looking to hire a passionate, proactive, and experienced Legal Marketing Manager to work within our Marketing Department. This ideal candidate will coordinate the firm's in-house marketing initiatives for our main areas of practice, including personal injury, immigration, and criminal defense, primarily in the Hispanic market. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can conceptualize, execute, and design innovative Google Ad pay per click campaigns for our firm. You will be responsible for implementing Google Ad marketing initiatives, with the end goal of improving our conversions in paid advertising. The ideal candidate's primary objective should be to ensure that our Google Ads pay per click campaigns have the most astounding return on our investment.
Responsibilities
  • Management and growth of pay per click campaigns driving revenue and profits
  • Systematizing activity and creating processes on pay per click channels
  • Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring, and reporting for digital marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Improving Click-Through Rates and Costs Per Click
  • Create/add/manage Google ads and large budgets on a daily basis
  • Keyword research experience with SEO understanding
  • Take an active role in developing digital strategies that support our overall digital marketing program
  • Create monthly reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
  • Provide and communicate strategic direction on PPC campaign initiatives, identifying key messages, and value propositions

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years direct Google Ads experience with tangible results
  • Experience with Law Firm marketing, ideally in Personal Injury
  • Google Ads Certified preferred
  • B.A or M.B.A in Marketing or related field is highly preferred
  • Strong business Leadership and Campaign management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc).
