About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Representative to join our team and represent our firm in selling our services, cultivating relationships, and enhancing brand awareness in the market. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building and maintaining client and partner relationships, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
o Promote the firms services to prospective clients, including body shops, clinics, and other potential partners.
o Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships.
o Achieve sales targets through direct outreach and relationship management.
Client and Partner Relations:
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective business partners.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
o Actively address client concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Market Engagement:
o Travel regularly to meet with clients, visit partner locations, and attend industry events.
o Represent the firm in a professional manner to increase visibility and reputation in the market.
o Act as the firms ambassador to promote brand awareness and convey the value of our services.
Market Research and Reporting:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
o Prepare and present sales reports, including performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights.
o Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and align with market demands.


Requirements:

California Driver's License & own vehicle, willing to travel within assigned county/area
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in legal services or personal injury is a plus)
Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a Spanish Speaker!
